Oh Nancy,
Sami is truly stunning!
I could not stop giggling when I first opened the box. Simply amazing and I think
she even smelled like baby too?!? I absolutely LOVE her. You are an incredible
artist. Thank you for creating Sami for me. :)

Hi Nancy,
I showed Sami to my parents yesterday
and all they kept saying was, "Oh my God..." They were absolutely amazed
and said they had NEVER seen such a realistic doll in all their years. I told them
she was unbelievable but they had to see to believe. Sami is just soooo beautiful I
feel that her pictures didn't do her justice. Thanks again and I'll get you a
picture as soon as I can. :)

Weight - 5 pounds 15 ounces
Height - 22 inches
She has a very fair skin tone with a multi layered splotchy newborn
complexion enhanced with subtle veining on her face, hands and feet.
Baby Sami has medium blonde hand rooted silky soft straight mohair.
The hand rooting process takes hours sometimes days to complete the
perfect look of a newborn baby's hair growing right out of it's scalp. To further
the look she also has reddish splotches (stork bites) on her scalp which peek through her
hair to add to the realism of a real newborn baby.
Her beautiful sleepy eyes are adorned by wispy hand rooted lashes.
Her delicate eyebrows have been finely hand drawn to enhance her precious little
face.

ATTENTION MAGNETIC pacifier -
Baby has a very strong earth magnet located inside it's head behind the mouth along with
one on the pacifier where the nipple would normally be. If for any reason a new
mommy wants the magnet removed I will be glad to do that before the baby comes home
because it could interfere with pacemakers, computers, credit cards and things of the
like.

She can also suck on her little thumb.
Her cute little nose has been carefully opened and moistened so it
looks as though she can breathe.

Sami started out as a limited edition Sheila Michaels doll. Her limbs are 3/4
silicone/vinyl mix which has the very realistic feel of baby skin. I reused her
original cloth body because it fits her perfectly and it has her original signed and
numbered tag attached to it, however, all the original joints were replaced because they
did not move willingly...they now move freely at the shoulder and hips for easy posing and
cuddling. She is weighted with soft polyfil and weighting materials and is very
cuddly.

Because her limbs
are 3/4 she can wear dresses and short sleeves beautifully
Her dainty fingernails and toenails have been manicured for that just cut baby look.
