  • Talia was adopted by Cheryl of Ipswich, MA.

January 9, 2006

Weight - 5 pounds 3 ounces

Height - 20 inches

  • She has a fair skin tone with a slightly splotchy newborn complexion enhanced with subtle veining on her face, hands and feet.

    • Baby Talia has medium brown hand rooted silky soft straight mohair.

    • The hand rooting process takes hours sometimes days to complete the perfect look of a newborn baby's hair growing right out of it's scalp.  To further the look she also has reddish splotches on her scalp which peek through her hair to add to the realism...she even has a stork bite at the base of her neck just like a real newborn baby.

  • Her beautiful blue eyes are adorned by wispy upper eyelashes which are framed by her delicately drawn barely there eyebrows.

ATTENTION MAGNETIC pacifier - Baby has a very strong earth magnet located inside it's head behind the mouth along with one on the pacifier where the nipple would normally be.  If for any reason a new mommy wants the magnet removed I will be glad to do that before the baby comes home because it could interfere with pacemakers, computers, credit cards and things of the like.

  • Her cute little nose has been carefully opened and moisturized so it looks as though she can breathe.

  • Talia is a limited edition Sheila Michaels doll.  Her limbs are 3/4 silicone/vinyl mix.  I reused her original cloth body because it fits her perfectly...still and all the original joints did not move willingly so I replaced them...they now move freely at the shoulder and hips for easy posing and cuddling.   She is weighted with soft polyfill and weighting materials and is very cuddly.

    • Because her limbs are 3/4 she can wear rompers, dresses and short sleeves beautifully...she will just melt in your arms.

  • Her dainty fingernails and toenails have been manicured for that just cut baby look.
